Founder
Ashley Wilson

Founder & Executive Director
Ashley founded Living Wells after witnessing the gaps in support for youth and families navigating trauma, instability, and unmet needs. With a heart for creative expression, faith-based care, and community healing, Ashley leads Living Wells with a focus on safety, dignity, and long-term impact.
She is especially passionate about:
- Youth mental health
- Creative arts as healing
- Family stability
- Faith-centered community development
Ashley oversees all programming, partnerships, and organizational vision.

Vice Chair
Wynter Pitts

Supports leadership and ensures continuity.
Wynter J. Pitts serves as the Assistant Principal of Dike School of the Arts within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. She has set her sights on the future, planning to pursue her superintendent licensure in 2029. She is deeply passionate about “teaching the whole child” and is dedicated to cultivating student leadership that extends well beyond the classroom. She believes that collaborating directly with youth is essential to creating more effective and supportive programming for their future.

Youth & Family Advocate
Toniea Deadwiley, LSW

Provides professional experience and perspective.
Toniea Deadwiley, is a dedicated and compassionate social worker with over five years of experience serving diverse populations across the lifespan, from newborns to older adults. Toniea has extensive experience in foster care, school-based therapy, school social work, and medical social work. Her work has consistently centered on advocating for vulnerable individuals and families, with a special passion for supporting children and strengthening school systems within underrepresented communities. She is deeply committed to addressing systemic barriers and creating equitable opportunities for youth to thrive both academically and emotionally and is driven by purpose and faith.
