Living Wells Community & Development Center provides free, faith-rooted support for youth and families facing stress, hardship, or transition. Whether you need food, tutoring, emotional support, or help finding resources, we are here to walk with you.

Care-by-Case Support
Personalized help navigating life challenges
We help families connect to:
- Food assistance & pantries
- Housing or emergency support
- Mental health and counseling resources
- School and youth services
- Transportation, clothing, and basic needs
We don’t just give a list — we help you figure out what to do next.
Youth Enrichment
After-school and summer programs for youth ages 11–18
Includes:
- Homework help & tutoring
- Creative arts (dance, music, art, theater)
- Therapeutic group circles
- Mentoring & leadership development
- Safe, supervised space after school
Family Support
Support for the whole household
We offer:
- Family meals & pantry access
- Parenting and caregiver support
- Family connection days
- Help during times of crisis or transition
What Happens When You Click
